The V5 burners are linear burners that can operate with 3 fluids (Air, Gas, O²)

The assembly is made of stainless steel with an aluminium inlet flange with a Ø1''1/4 inlet for air and gas

and a Ø1/2'' inlet for oxygen

Mixing possibilities

 Air + Gas (REP A)

 Air + Gas + Oxygen (REP B)

 Oxygen + Gas (REP C)

Models

We propose 2 kinds of burners :

V5-750

Length : 774mm

Power rating :

• 75kW with a mixture of Air + Natural Gas
• 317kW with a mixture of Oxygen + Natural Gas (depending on the mixing ratio)

V5-500

Length : 524mm

Power :

• 50kW with an Air + Natural Gas mixture
• 288kW with a mixture of Oxygen + Natural Gas (depending on the mixing ratio)

To avoid internal explosions and to protect both users and equipment, oxygen is supplied

outside the burner (nose mixture)

Applications

• Pharmaceutical / Packaging / Tableware by re-burning the sharp side of a vial, bottle, glass, etc.
• Annealing a part along a conveyor belt
• Any application requiring linearly distributed heating
• Any application requiring a direct flame outside the firebox
