Principle

 

Our bank burners are full metallic (NS30 or Inconel according to the temperature of use) or ceramics, with a low flow, generally spaced with a pitch of 114.3mm on banks of the channels or the feeders.

Their power varies (with constant pressure) according to the diameter of passage of the mixture.

There are several models of bank burners. The principal ones are:

  • Simple rigid assembly
  • Rigid assembly with conical centering
  • Assembly with flexible for ceramic burner

There are also special arrangements to some companies (on request)

The bank of burners are mounted on stainless steel or collectors after application. 

 

Applications

These burners are used for the heating of banks of feeders or channels and any application requiring a heating broken down to several burners (Glass tempering line)
